Projects
Corona North and South Main. City of Corona (Project Manager). For the past 18 months I have lead a team for the specific plan amendment preliminary and final engineering for a 65 acre site (mixed use) in the City of Corona, construction documents will include realignment of a 60†storm drain pipe owned by RFCD, street improvements, sewer water, rough grading, precise grading water quality management plan and design coordination with consultants and the public agencies.
The Enclave at Warner Center, Los Angeles County (Project Manager) for the past 18 months. I have lead a development located on a flat 3.35- Acre urban infill in the City of Los Angeles. A new four-story, 195 unit wrap-style apartment building and 6.5 level parking structure. Civil services included grading, water and sewer plans, in the absence of a nearby storm drain complicated the design, however a water cistern design was incorporated- a unique low impact development site feature. The new first flush, 50,000 gallon cistern tank will collect and clean the on-site water and then route it for reuse in the building’s landscape irrigation system

Major Projects
Emerald Meadows Ranch – Riverside County (Project Director) I have lead two Project Managers and their teams to provide construction documents for the improvements plan that our clients will construct as the Master developer. These construction documents will include streets, water, storm drain, sewer, street lights, traffic signals, signing and striping, Jurupa ditch water line and sewer pump station. In addition to that are rough grading plans for the commercial sire, church site, five parks and seven subdivisions containing 532 lots.
West Creek Development – San Bernardino County (Project Director) I have lead two Project Managers and their teams for the Specific plan and Preliminary/ Final engineering for 4,000-acre, 1600 residential lot master planned community. Project includes a sewer and water improvement plan for an open trail/ paseo system including an open channel with a natural drainage and vehicular/ pedestrian access. Community includes an open space plan a 12 acre school site, entry monumentation, streetscape plan, utility coordination, and parks plan through a secondary developer. Lot density is approximately 4,000 to 7,000 square feet and construction was coordinated in three phases.
Vista Del Valle – San Bernardino County (Project Director). In addition to the west Creek Development, I have lead a Project Manager for a specific plan preliminary and final engineering for 200 acre residential lot master planned community. Project includes Tentative Maps, Final Maps, Public Agency Coordination, Subcontractor Coordination, Storm Water Reports and management, Construction Surveying Staking and Cost Estimates.
Ladera Ranch (Covenant Hills), Orange County (Project Manager) Lead design team for the preliminary and final design of the Ladera Ranch master planned community designed to include over 8,000 homes, several shopping centers an urban activities center, schools, numerous parks and recreation areas. Project highlights include the oversight of design and preparation of sewer, water, storm drain and street improvement construction documents for various tracts and private streets in Covenant Hills, Phase 5. This Phase consisted of preparing final plans for 1,423 residential dwelling units, 30 miles of roadway design, master plan and regional drainage innovate storm runoff management application.
South Brea Lofts-County of Orange (Project Manager) Preliminary and design for 47 live and work areas in the City of Brea. Project includes demolition plans, relocation of sewer and water facilities, precise grading/drainage design, staking coordination, client consultant coordination, processing and coordination with the public agencies.
Mira Costa Community College-San Diego (Project Manager) Projects include engineering and surveying services to facilitate the design and construction of the new cafeteria building to be added within existing school site the scope of services included the design of the new parking.
Fullerton College-Orange (Production Manager) Project includes engineering, precise grading, topographic surveys and construction staking for the expansion of the Campus Commons Building and the new Classroom/Office building to be added within the existing school site. The scope of work included the design of the new parking lot to supplement student parking with the modernization program and the design/grading of two driveways and access roads at the site.
